The “Sa Pinas, Ikaw ang Ma’am at Sir (SPIMS) Program” is an initiative of the Philippine government to persuade licensed public school teachers OFWs and practice their profession back in the country. It aims to reduce the shortage of public school teachers and serve as a reintegration program for OFWs, especially returning OFW-Licensure Examination for Teachers (OFW-LET) passers. This program gives qualified OFWs a chance to return to the Philippines and work as public school teachers.
