Requirements for OWWA in Qatar

  • Two copies of a valid passport
  • Two copies of recent payslip
  • Two copies of the Employer Contract including the letterhead of the company and QR code

Make sure your password is valid and contains at least 6 characters with upper and lower case letters, special signs, and numbers. There should be no spaces in between.

Step 3: Tap on the Sign Up tab after completing the details required on the personal information page.

Step 4: Wait for the notification that will be sent to you via your email. It will guide you in activating your new account.

Step 5: After activating your OWWA account, visit this link https://polodoha.com/index.php/component/comprofiler/login to log in using your nominated username and password. Then click on the login button in order to continue to the next page.

Step 6: After logging in, select the Contract Verification tab on the Resource page.

Step 7: Click on the Services and select if you’re a household worker or a skilled or company worker.

Step 8: On the next page, choose the date that is convenient for booking the services of the office. Available slots are in green boxes, while the red ones mean they are already taken.

Step 9: Check the details before clicking the Submit button.

Step 10: Wait for the notification that will be sent to you via email once the appointment has been confirmed.
